Summer or Winter?

The kids and I went to Discovery Green for a Young Writers Workshop, and in error, I did not pack their swimsuits on the first day of February. Much to their dismay, I did not allow them to play in the water in a wedding dress and 6 layers of shirts (see earlier) post. I did, however, decide it was not a problem to return in the afternoon.
