Jacob Turns Three! (Montessori Style)

"On December 11, 2009, Daniel and Sandi had a baby boy named Jacob. When Jacob was born in the month of December, the earth was traveling around the sun. At first Jacob was so little that he could not talk, walk, or even crawl, but he grew bigger and stronger every day. And after the earth had made one big circle around the sun, in the month of December, Jacob was one year old."

"Jacob was learning to walk, climb, talk. He started eating new foods and playing with toys. Now it is the month of December again. The earth has traveled around the sun 2 times since Jacob was first born, and now Jacob is 2 years old!"

"Jacob is now potty trained. He plays well with ll his friends, and he knows how to share his work. He is also able to listen to and understand conversations, stories, and songs, as well as learning to recognize letters. Now it is the month of December again. The earth has traveled round the sun three times since Jacob was first born, and now he is three years old!"
