Storybook Parade

Mark Twain students were supposed to come to school today dressed as their favorite storybook character.  Mira decided she would dress as Ramona. Take note of the intimate details. We also ran into two Fancy Nancies.

• Short hair? Check. Also known as the "more than overdue haircut prior to Aunt Sysa's wedding."
• Butterfly shirt? Check. Note that we still (kinda) met the dress code with the white shirt and navy blue pants.
• Boots? Check. Mommy did make the mistake of covering up the flowers on her boots, so Mira was sure to correct this error by pulling her jeans up.
