August Happennings

I was going through pictures of years past, and come to a realization - we have a lot of wonderful pictures! I bet you would enjoy seeing some of them every once in a while (and a phone call to say hi every once in a while, but hey, this is a blog). So here are some memories of August happenings.

August 6.
Mommy decides Jacob's hair needs a quick trim. As they do, my children wanted to participate. In order to get him to sit still, we took turns coming hair.


August 16.
We recently bought bikes for Daddy, Mommy, and Mira, and Jacob got a "new" bike handed down from Mira (hey, it worked this time). We know Jacob is still 2, but no one told him that 2 year olds aren't supposed to ride 2-wheel bikes. We can't keep up with him!


August 21.
Mira and Jacob listen to Daddy ready is most recently authored book hot off the press, "Daddy's trip to the Grand Canyon."


August 24.
Mira's last day of school. She gave homemade gifts to each of her teachers.
