My Little Gymnasts

Mira had requested to have her party at The Little Gym ever since attending another birthday party there in September 2011. Knowing my child likes to change her mind every five minutes (or every five seconds) I didn't take it seriously...until she held fast to that idea. So we celebrated her birthday as good little gymnasts do!

She was elated. Her face shined the entire time, from waiting at the front door to welcome every friend (well, until they opened the door to the gym and then she was off) through eating her birthday cake playing with her princesses. We all, and most importantly, Mira had a great time!

Daddy, Zayde, and Nana, look on at the beautiful children. Uncle Craig gazes upon his beautiful fiance. Well, what can you do.
The teachers had a lot of instructions before each activity. I am lucky that both of my children are so good at listening to (anyone else but their parents) give instructions. Except, neither of their parents would hand out noodles to a group of 25 children and watch them bang! These people were good.

Then it was time for the big birthday party group picture.
The big girl invited her brother to share the party seat...even though in the end it didn't work out.

And eventually Jacob joined in on the other festivities.

The parents liked the food choices, Jacob liked the cake, and Mira liked the princesses. Everyone was happy.

Happy birthday, sweet girl!
