Jacob Yuri: 4 Months!

I'm often asked, "What can you really do with a baby?" As a newborn, Jacob basically had two modes, eating and sleeping, with very few other activities. As a mature, grown four month old, he keeps a big bag of tricks up his little sleeves. There is so much to do, it's hard to choose what to pack into a day's work.

In addition to eating and sleeping, Jacob has added a few other activities to his "top five" (shout-out to Aunt Mandy)...

... chewing on his hands,

... tummy time,

... and the classic, watching the ceiling fan.

There are books to read.

And toddlers to read the books.

There are playmats with toys.

There are playmats that move.

And there are Gigi's that move toys.

There are aunts to be entertained.

There are toddlers to be entertained.

From Passover
And there are other aunts to be entertained (click on the picture to see said entertainment).

There are stroller walks to take (view for Mommy)

Sisters to cheer on.

And sisters to love.

And there is always just being the cute, beautiful baby that I am!

  1. Just to clarify, aunts love to be entertained and to entertain. We're givers and receivers. No selfishness here!

Also, when and where did Mira play fuseball?! What a talented niece I have (in addition to beautiful and talented nephew).

  2. love all the pictures, comments, and thoughts as usual! need to add that I think Aunt Mandy's "top five" usually only have five...

  3. Top 5 = eating + sleeping + hand-chewing + tummy time + ceiling-fan-watching

All other activities are still fun, just not top five. Jacob does know how to count
