How You Rodeo-In?

Raising my kids right in Texas.
The wheels on the bus take us to the rodeo.
The aunts on the bus go a little nutty, all through the town.

I was told, "we were taking pictures of a newborn lamb." Mmm-hmm.

Annual "you lookin' at me?" shot with the pig.
See last year's staring contest.

Daddy likes the bow.
Mommy's not such the fan (it has now been removed).
Mira thinks she's in charge (what's new).

Probably the closest Daddy will ever come to driving a pick-up truck.

Or is it?

Whoa! A father will do anything for his daughter.

Jacob's "chariot"
Yes, we know about the recall.
No, the sling is not made by Infantino.
Note that the caregiver can see his face (as cautioned)

The annual pass-the-baby game.

Just a different baby this year.

Jacob loved it.

We made sure to bring a stroller to help Mira move around the rodeo grounds.

She had other ideas.

So much for the stroller.
(Mommy's boots make their only appearance in this picture)

Brothers and Sisters.

More nutty aunts.

Maybe if I pretend they taste like cinammon buns...

  1. LOVE IT! What a great family trip. Mira's outfit is TOO cute, even without the bow :) We, too, took a stroller to the Rodeo, and this Mommy pushed an empty stroller at least half the day. Looks like the tractor was a huge hit with your kids, too.
