We survived (enjoyed?) being together for winter break.
We are starting to discover our routines, old and new.
Mira returned to school, Daddy went back to work, and
Momma and Jacob are getting to know each other at home.
This includes a lesson in learning how to sleep in the bassinet.
We are sometimes successful.
Mira had a pajama party for her first day back at school. Look how nicely my angel behaves when she is in their care - pleasantly carrying her work, jacket on and zipped, walking by herself...
"The girls" go out for a private date with coffee and chocolate milk. Mira and Momma share sweets and secrets together, just like the old times.
"The boys" do fine by themselves. Lucky for Jacob, Daddy even finds a bottle of milk in the refrigerator. Daddy feeds Jacob for the first time.
Daddy wasn't the first person besides Momma to feed Jacob. Of course, Mira was! Our proud big sister finally gets to feeds her little brother, as she has been asking to do.
Jacob questions whether we should continue to allow Mira to "help."
Mira is quite excited about our new playmat.
Jacob is also happy with the new addition.

You guys make it all look easy! Sandi, you look amazing! Who would think that you had a baby a few weeks ago?! Jacob is such a handsome little guy...and Mira is such a great big sister!
